Located near the Salt River in Tonto National Forest, this seasonal spot is only available for March and April sessions. Thanks to last fall’s record-breaking rains, there’s a high chance of a super bloom this year, meaning the hills may be covered in California poppies. While we can’t guarantee the blooms will happen, the outlook is promising.

This location features gentle hills, desert views, and the possibility of a stunning wildflower backdrop. It’s a short walk from the parking lot along a sandy trail. We recommend wearing walking shoes (no sandals or heels) to get there comfortably. This spot is not wheelchair accessible.

Available for sunrise, weekday, or weekend sessions.

If the blooms don’t happen, don’t worry, we’ll pivot to one of our other gorgeous springtime locations. Either way, it’s going to be stunning.
